This application allows the user to track and process charge invoices for a customer.

This application stores all the invoices on an open item basis. This allows users to track invoices from original delivery, plus payments and adjustments that have been made. Invoices are retained on the system until they have been fully paid or adjusted.

A/R Payment application provides a number of ways to apply cash payments to a customer’s account. These include payments by specific invoice, partial or over payments, and unapplied payments.

The A/R Inquiry allows the user to display the status of a customer’s account.

Aged Trial Balance report allows the user to print a report aging the outstanding Accounts Receivable.

A/R Statement printing is also available.
