Products - Vending Equipment

The Vending Equipment application is used to track coolers and vending machines. This is common in industries where vending equipment is used to promote the sales of product.

The equipment can be categorized by up to 99 classes. This is commonly done for assets in different depreciation classes.

We store a variety of information on each vending machine. This includes equipment specifications, cost information, customer location information, rental and full service information.

Users define the payment types for equipment placed at customer locations. This may be on loan or rent. The system allows users to charge rental to customers on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

The system allows users to key movements of vending equipment. This covers movements from the warehouse to a customer location; one customer location to another customer location; or returns from a customer location to the warehouse.
